Being in an historical building, it made sense to try to keep the hardwood floors, the wood beans in the ceiling and leave part of the brick wall at sight, using it as decoration. In contrast, simple, yet functional furniture was custom made for the place, the use of OSB (Oriented Stand Boards or Sterling boards) giving it a hip young look. The studio has been designed for renting. It is suitable for couples, short term rent, but it can also accommodate someone for longer periods of time.
